Blind Spot Detection
The VBSD-2 series are specifically designed for passenger sedans/SUVs (2S) or pick up trucks (2T), with an innovative single sensor design for an effective and streamlined solution.

- 150 degree wide angle detection
- Blind Spot Detection range up to 165ft max
- Audible and visual alerts to warn driver for Blind Spot and Lane Change Assist
IMPORTANT: Window tint, especially metallic or mirror type finishes, may affect Blind Spot Detection (BSD) detection and accuracy.
How it Works

-- Line F and K：1.64ft (0.5m) away from vehicle
-- Line G and L：9.84ft (3.0m) away from vehicle

Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) Function
The Ventra VBSD-2 system warns the driver if one or more vehicles from rear left or right may be approaching the backing path. It also provides both warning tone and flashing light to alert the driver.
IMPORTANT: Rear Cross Traffic Alert operates most efficiently in straight parking spaces. Rear cross traffic alert functionality is affected when vehicle is parked in angled parking spaces.
